At our next worship at 9:30am Sept. 20 we continue working through the Biblical gospel of Mark hearing a message from Pastor Matt Rose.
We will be meeting outdoors on the church lawn/parking area. (In case of inclement weather we meet inside).
An appropriate reminder for this extended COVID-19 period: the church is more than a building, more than a worship service, more than a collection of programs. Those all have a place. But the church is the people. We are the church. And we are gathering together.

We exist to offer every person in our community a life-changing
encounter with Jesus Christ and the Gospel, while growing
evermore as His intentional missional disciples. We seek to
offer an increasingly credible witness to the difference God
alone can make and the salvation, abundant life, and love only
Jesus can give.
Here at Aberdeen Church we want to be faithful to what God calls people to do and be. So, we are learning to be a family that gathers together to love God and our neighbors. We try to show each other the forgiveness and grace that God has shown us. We want to grow closer to God and our neighbors by studying God's Holy Word, through celebration, and caring for the needs of others. Finally, we want to be a people who serve our community while sharing the Good News of salvation found in Jesus Christ. You belong here. Let's worship God, grow in true Faith, and encourage each other together.
